Federal Government Constitution—Leadership as a Service
A mother has just been interned in hospital. The doctor wears his heart on his
sleeves, as it is very important for the patient to know. She has an incurable
disease but she can live a few years if given suitable healthcare. The bill for
the hospital is too much she could not save the money even in a lifetime. A few
days later, she passes away, leaving three orphans.
A couple have struggled together through thick and thin for twenty-five years.
The husband does some work that does not provide enough, so the wife gets
small jobs here and there once in a while. They survived a very terrible civil
crisis that took thousands of lives. Now they have some peace, the war is over,
and the husband still works and earns very little. A man with cash succeeds in
corrupting the brain of the woman and off they go. They elope, leaving all the
four children to the man.
The above are just few real-life experiences that show how stressful and
damaging poverty can be. The real life must start with eradicating poverty in all
its forms and giving human individuals life insurance before we can dream of
those other blessings that paradise or heaven may bring to us.
Many respectable personalities have recommended a global system of governance over human affairs. Although it may quickly be rejected as unachievable by many, it is indeed practical and can be done. The arms race, trade wars, and tourism are real-life experiences that prove we are living the global governance reality whether we deny it or not. So, why not put it into writing and accept that we cannot live without it? No wonder Sir Isaac Newton, Sir Albert Einstein, and Jesus Christ advised it as the way to peace, stability, and harmony.

“ Again I turned my attention to all the acts of oppression that go on under the sun. I saw the tears of the oppressed, and there was no one to comfort them. And their oppressors had the power, and there was no one to comfort them. And I congratulated the dead who had already died rather than the living who were still alive. And better off than both of them is the one who has not yet been born, who has not seen the distressing deeds that are done under the sun. And I have seen how much effort and skillful work spring from rivalry between people; this too is futility, a chasing after the wind.” — [15]
Human society has not seen lasting peace ever since they started living as a community. In fact, peace is only mentioned in myths. Man has oppressed their fellow for a diversity of reasons: greed, selfishness, supremacy, resources control, mere disagreement, power over peoples and trade, to name a few.
Like said the writer quoted above, oppression has been so much that if you were to harvest the tears and blood shed, you would have rivers flow and lakes overflow. There has been no intervention to put an end to the conflicts. So, in the end, people got tired and started developing bubbles in which to feel secure. They erected walls around cities, built kingdoms, and invested in defensive organizations and weaponry.
They started defending cultures in which they brainwash kids in an attempt to inculcate in them the so-called bravery and heart of lions. They have created living killing machines that only make matters worse. Coup d’états, usurpations, conspiracies, and ethnic cleansing wars started to sneak in their strongholds and dug holes, collapsed walls, decimated entire generations, and created an endless loop of revenges and bloodshed.
The twentieth century saw the culmination of human conflicts with World War Ⅰ (1914-1918) and World War Ⅱ (1939-1945). Cold war (1947-1991) put an emphasis on espionage and counter-espionage as well as terrorist acts. Humankind lost trust in the institutions they once believed in and started street justice fractions like gangs, drug cartels, crazed mobs, riots, upheaval and revolution movements, all to only make matters worse. Amidst that has been religious hypocrisy that has killed the human heart.
Looking back over the last century, the hope of peace seems so bleak that nations only talk about it when they actually are about to start military actions against one another. Churches teach love and unity every week and they tell people to look forward to some blissful heaven or paradise in which peace and security are to dwell. But, how? Won’t they just shift with their problems? Will there be any kind of switch that will be flipped to cause people to live in harmony? Isn’t peace within our reach right here and now?
This manual is a comprehensive roadmap to world peace. It focuses on defining the right way of organizing society so that people can live together in peace and harmony. The manual standardizes a system of government called LaaS (Leadership as a Service ) based on the immutable WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution). Before we dive deep in the subject, let us lay a few fundamental principles on which to build.
The cause-effect principle will lead to the denial of the concept that life is an effect of creation by an intelligent being. Many intelligent renowned individuals in the scientific community have upheld the generally accepted idea that life is a fruit of evolution. Yet, the very future of life depends on understanding its origin, or at least, accepting the obvious: We want to live. Some author captures the “we want to live” reality as follows:
“ He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has even put eternity in their heart; yet mankind will never find out the work that the true God has made from start to finish.” . — [15]
In fact, humans have committed unimaginable atrocities in the name of their own survival. Countless philosophies have been written in an attempt to pave the way for the survival of humankind. The application of some of those philosophies led to a bath of bloodshed. World War Ⅰ, World War Ⅱ, and the notorious religious crusades throughout human history are typical examples of how far human beings can go to survive or do what they believe to be the way to salvation, that is, endless life. No wonder King Solomon of old uttered the above “we want to live” statement.
Consequently, the “we want to live” reality invalidates the search for the answer to the postulate: “If life is an effect of creation by an intelligent creator and not a fruit of evolution, then who created him or how did he come into existence?” In other words, if we can know how to live, one way or the other, then we would not care how the creator of life came to be or, for that fact, how he created life. After all, a manufacturer does not require that we get to understand him or the technicalities of the object he produced. All we need from him is a manual written in a language we understand and usage guidelines tailored to our understanding. Hence, if life was created, then all we want from the creator is a manual that tells us how to live. Fortunately, our existence in the universe has given us ample information as to how to uproot the causes of death or, say, most of the factors that intervene in the disruption of life.
We will focus on how to not be the cause of life disruption by doing our part to respect life. The next sections will explain why this is crucial. Plus, if there is any help that would come our way to handle the other causes of death that are beyond our control, it would never get to us unless we show serious respect for life, at least, not if it comes from an intelligent being.
No matter the origin of life, we have established that it is real and we want to live it fully and, if possible, to time indefinite, say, forever. Since life is an interaction with the universe, then the universe is physical or tangible. No matter the realm of existence of intelligent free-willed beings, they must have access to it to fully interact with it. In fact, as we will discuss later, TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) provides for the postulate: “Any universe inhabited by entities like human beings, as far as free will is concerned, is accessible and is entirely composed of matter” . Simply put, “Everything is matter” . The postulate is named EVIMP (Everything Is Matter Postulate).
The logical result of EVIMP (Everything Is Matter Postulate) is that if there is a creator who originates life, then he exists outside the matter universe, say, in a different dimension. Consequently, there can be, at best, only and only two dimensions: Matter Dimension, also known as Creation Dimension (if we assume creation as the origin of life) and Non-Matter Dimension, also called Creator Dimension (supposing life is an effect of creation). Actually, one author put it as follows:
“ Then he said: “Please show me your glory.” But he said: “I will make all my goodness pass before your face, and I will declare before you the name of Jehovah; and I will favor the one whom I favor, and I will show mercy to the one to whom I show mercy.” But he added: “You cannot see my face, for no man can see me and live.”” . — [15]
Thus, a living entity and its cause entity—whether evolution or creation— cannot evolve in the same dimension. There must be translation or adaptation for the two dimensions to communicate. Which leads to the albeit postulate: “There can only be a maximum of two dimensions, Matter Dimension and Non-Matter Dimension, which communicate through translation or adaptation by a free-willed being in the Matter Dimension” . The postulate is labelled MaD-NoMaD-TransPo (Matter-Dimension to Non-Matter-Dimension Translation Postulate). So, we cannot hope to have actual access to the cause entity of life, no matter our assumptions as to the existence of that cause entity. Another writer captures the need for such a translation when he said:
“ And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the Angels, “Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority,” They said, “Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify you?” Allah said, “Indeed, I know that which you do not know.”” — [16]
The author thus shows that human beings can be represented upon earth by a fellow human instead of an extra-terrestrial person like an angel. It makes sense to conclude, per MaD-NoMaD-TransPo (Matter-Dimension to Non-Matter-Dimension Translation Postulate), that we can only have access to the cause entity of life through representation in Matter Dimension. The next point will shed more light on that reality.
“ But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will certainly die.” — [15]
So says some ancient book read by millions of people. According to the creator of that couple known as Adam and Eve, no human being should assume knowledge of truth. No one has the right to define “greater good” for anyone. It stands to reason that the creator is teaching them total respect for free will. In fact, the law could be paraphrased as: “Respect free will or else die”. But how could the couple practice the law? The book continues:
“ So Noah went out, together with his sons, his wife, and his sons’ wives. Every living creature, every creeping animal and every flying creature, everything that moves on the earth, went out of the ark by families. Then Noah built an altar to Jehovah and took some of all the clean animals and of all the clean flying creatures and offered burnt offerings on the altar. And Jehovah began to smell a pleasing aroma. So Jehovah said in his heart: “Never again will I curse the ground on man’s account, for the inclination of the heart of man is bad from his youth up; and never again will I strike down every living thing as I have done. From now on, the earth will never cease to have seed-sowing and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night.”” — [15]
The record continues:
“ Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him: “I am now establishing my covenant with you and with your offspring after you, and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the animals, and all the living creatures of the earth with you, all those that came out of the ark—every living creature of the earth. Yes, I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all flesh be destroyed by the waters of a flood, and never again will a flood bring the earth to ruin.” And God added: “This is the sign of the covenant that I am making between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations. I put my rainbow in the cloud, and it will serve as a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.” — [15]
Ultimately, the creator of Adam and Eve decided never again to plead with humans to bend their knees before him. He declared that as long as humans respect the rainbow covenant, he would let them be. Hence, it would no longer be about having to worship him to stay alive. Rather, it would simply require mutual respect amongst human beings, so as to live in peace with others. The fact is, if the person spoken about in that record is the one who originated the universe and created life in it, then he has done his part, since no one can ascertain that he has intervened in human affairs the same way he did at that deluge epoch.
The definitions in Glossary of keywords follow closely rainbow and are meant to establish a haven of peace in a society that has been brought down to its knees by wars, conflicts, atrocities, and too much bloodshed. Well, it goes without saying, then, that, even in mythology, life is meant to be lived as we gathered from the previous section.
As a consequence, any principle or postulate that is in full compatibility with the “rainbow covenant” is called “The Absolute Truth of Existence”, say, TAToE . TAToE is simply a formulation of the mathematical expression on the following figure.

The above is the mathematical model of the rainbow covenant. Any system that operates over K symbols will be stable, open-closed, race-condition-free, chaos-free, and undegraded only and only if it can make room for an output of S symbols of the same nature as the K input symbols, respectively. Δ is a constant of diversity or perspective . It represents different ways of conceiving, defining, or using each symbol. Practically, as far as WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) is concerned, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) must view each major human being as an individual. LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions must have all human individuals as shareholders.
TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) is not just a principle that can make a system stable and full-capacity-functional, it can make a system evolve from chaos to order. It mirrors the mathematical concept called “Fractal Theory” where chaos yields order. Which lays solid basis for permanent peace in human society.
MaD-NoMaD-TransPo (Matter-Dimension to Non-Matter-Dimension Translation Postulate) is consistent with the UBSS (Upper-Bounded Stack of Services) theory [2]. If we render services to ourselves or to others then, the trade makes sense only if we are to live forever. It is like a layer that renders services to another above it that must remain active so as to consume them right after they are handed to it, even if the layer beneath were to cease activity. Such a stack, applied to human beings, make sense only if there is hope of endless life.
Better yet, TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) can be measurement unit of beliefs, especially in religion which is known to have harbored beliefs that are ambiguous and that contradict each other. It therefore makes it possible to solve the conflicts, instabilities, and disorder in the domain of religions. For example, here is how TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) intervenes in religious beliefs:
There is no such a concept as the existence of some fittest species. Well, according to TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence), every human being is endowed with free will and has the ability or the potential to achieve the same exploits under the same circumstances. Let alone the fact that the purpose is the same and is achievable by all: Life.
Death is the opposite of life, that is to say that death is non-existence. Why, TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) provisions the choice to end one’s life, otherwise, the lack of such a choice would contradict the concept of free will. So, all entities in Matter Dimension can die and are mortal in that sense. Well, the reality is human beings are mortal. Consequently, any state transition of a free-willed being from one realm of existence into another in Matter Dimension—that is, actually leaving one realm for another—must pass through death.
Endless life is a possibility. The fact that choice is not given to us before we exist, not only makes allowances for choice to die, but also allows for choice to continue alive. Which lays the logical foundation for hope that endless life is possible. So, proving that we respect life is a mark for survival in case of any intervention whatsoever to disintegrate the causes of death that are beyond our control.
In fact, the theory of the UBSS (Upper-Bounded Stack of Services) make it clear that mankind must evolve to endless life for it to make sense. Free will in itself is like the forever-lasting layer of an OSI-like stack of TraPo (Trade Postulate) services—OSI for Open Systems Interconnection [2]. Well, death makes such a structure non-sensical.
There cannot be any paradise, heaven, or bliss for any social, cultural or religious human community that does not practice TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) as their way of life. So, TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) on earth shows that we can TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) as well anywhere else in the universe. We cannot hope to live anywhere else if we fail to live on earth. Free-will and its consequences tag along.
All religions expecting the return of some savior—e.g. Jesus Christ for Christians, Muslims, and Jews—should expect certain disappointment unless they are practicing TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence). Well, no religion can profess to be entirely in accordance with the written record in their sacred books, fact that will lead to dissension as to the identity of their savior. TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) is the basic standard against which every religion must be measured, especially at the organization level.
Since we know the essence of existence and life through TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence), we know for sure that we can manage human society in a way that shows total respect for every human individual’s life. All we need is devise, standardize, and establish a system of government that is in accordance with TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) and that satisfies the TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) mathematical model above. The next part will discuss the governance topic and how TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) can be concretized.
Given TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) and its modelized form in the above section, the ensuing conclusion is the postulate: “Trade is the sole container of all relations amongst free-will-endowed entities” . It is termed TraPo (The Trade Postulate). We are going to discuss how society can be organized according to TraPo (The Trade Postulate). Such a system of government is best called LaaS (Leadership as a Service). LaaS sets out as a system based on TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) that takes human beings and all the resources that support human existence as input and manage them so as to deliver services and products that can be consumed by humankind. We will also introduce the idea of a society governed by LaaS (Leadership as a Service) and called C-14—society .
Often times we dissolve disagreements, instead of handling them properly. When we cannot reach an agreement, we want to force the opposing party to side with us when we fail to convince them. We feel they have to agree with us because we believe the issues under discussion are some kind of “greater good” . “Greater good” is a purpose we accept as the goal that must be achieved come rain or shine. Sadly, the opposing party does not always view it as “greater good”.
Historically, humans have tried to achieve some so-called “greater good” by imposing on society some forms of government they have believed to be practical: Dynasty, Autocracy, Aristocracy, Monarchy, Oligarchy, and, lately, Democracy. They can all be called “Government as Sanction of the Victim (GaSoV)”. Democracy and the rest, one way or the other, use coercion to produce some majority people whom they force to give in to their thinking and then run some voting schemes in which they crush and subjugate the minority. That is how society has entered the endless cycle of wars, conflicts, atrocities, and too much bloodshed. History has been written in the ink of blood. How do we break the vicious cycle of conflicts?
The solution is simple: a flexible system of government in which each human individual is really and truly sovereign. It can be termed C-14-Society , that is, a society that is characterized by free trade wherein each human being has a “Self-Contained Personal Space (SCoPS)” . Look at an individual with a SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) as a C-14 chemical element capable of entering and exiting a diversity of relationships, starting a binding and ending it in case of disagreement without resorting to the rule of majority expressed in the previous paragraph.
Every other relationship outside the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) is simply some form of trade—including marriage, which becomes, at that level, free trade; application of TraPo (Trade Postulate). How do we create a C-14-Society , that is, a society ruled according to LaaS system of government? Simply put, by establishing a system of government regulated by an immutable constitution. Indeed, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) government by means of a WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution).
The constitution of every country must be patterned after the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) idea. The raison d’être of every government must be to give to every human individual their SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). No rightful ruler is allowed to go beyond that SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). Once such a constitution has been established, authority becomes “conventional”, as opposed to “configurational”.
“ Conventional” authority means that it does not matter who rules as long as they take an oath to protect, preserve, and defend the immutable constitution based on SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). And frankly, even a child can rule in a C-14 -Society. Why, SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) simply involves mathematically and absolutely distributing supportive resources—those resources that no human being can rightfully profess to have brought into existence—to every major human being in existence and legally allowing them full ownership and control of the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). That is, hitting the bull’s eye of free trade. What must the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) include? The definition of SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) given in Glossary of Keywords can practically be rendered:
SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space ) must include supportive resources and free trade . Every resource in existence that was not produced or manufactured by any human being, at their raw level, are supportive resources and must be shared amongst major human beings alive at any epoch. Free trade means that every relationship—entry and exit—is possible without any hindrance whatsoever, legal, cultural, social, political, philosophical, psychological, or religious. Thus, people are free to exploit supportive resources and develop themselves by consuming them raw or transformed and sell to their fellows any services on top of the supportive resources”
Succinctly, SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) must absolutely include: Food Source and water , Textile Source , Appropriate Shelter , Power Source , Medication Source , Communication as a Service ( CaaS ), Free Trade Capability , and Legal Protection that gives the human individual total ownership of the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). In other words, every product or service that stems from Shadres (Shared Resources).

The TraPo (Trade Postulate) is of great importance. It is the only pattern of thinking that is compatible with TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) that can establish lasting peace, harmony, and tranquility in human society. Establishing its governance model, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) by way of WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution), will be practical proof that we want to live. LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions, as you will see, pass through a management system based on SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) called SCoSH-CTP ( SCoPS as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household – Chain of Transformation and Production) . It renders the service of managing SRaSH ( SCoPS Raw Services-products per Shareholder or Household) for human society.
Well, some may think that we should stop at the raw level of SuRe (Supportive Resources), that is, SRaSH ( SCoPS Raw Services-products per Shareholder or Household) . They may reason that such a tight degree of management will boost creativity amongst human beings giving them constant challenge to face. Our unanimous answer is: Far from it. It actually puts the mind on top, mistake that has caused human society to develop pride and arrogance that created divisions and inequalities. Every good achievement involves both the mind and the rest of the physical human system. Plus, we are here to live, not to survive, as TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) has established it.
Hence, once SRaSH ( SCoPS Raw Services-products per Shareholder or Household) has been transformed into SCoSH ( SCoPS as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) by LaaS (Leadership as a Service) through SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production), then, only and only at that level, shall we allow people to thrive on their own creativity using their full SCoSH . After all, even boredom is an impetus to creativity. In fact, accepting our mind limitations should motivate us to associate with others to achieve more. No breakthrough with lasting effects results from the work of a handful few, the so-called elite class, without involving the others.
Better yet, the humility, lowliness of heart, and knowledge generosity in SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) will send an ever-constant beacon that says: “We want to live, please, help if anyone out there knows how to solve the other issues that threaten our existence like incurable diseases, old age, natural disasters, etc.” One author renders the idea when he is commanded to write: “And Allah has favored some of you over others in provision. But those who were favored would not hand over their provision to those whom their right hands possess so they would be equal to them therein. Then is it the favor of Allah they reject?” — [16]
You may wonder: How do MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) benefit from working for LaaS institutions as a part of SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) ? The simple answer is: All MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) get to go home with their full SCoSH ( SCoPS as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household), with which they can do trade, at their leisure time, to get extra luxury for themselves. Mainly, SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) is all about manpower services exchange. Hence, it does not even need actual currency as means of exchange. Currency will be used at the luxury point where SCoSH ( SCoPS as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) is being monetized by MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) according to their own creativity. Consequently, every MHI (Major Human Individual) must rotationally have a task or tasks to accomplish in SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) , for starters, according to their abilities. Then, progressively, WTSC (World Trade System Consortium) will educate and train mankind in all the technologies and skills related to SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) . Thus, in the end, all MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) will have the full skillset needed to rotate over all the functional positions that SCoSH-CTP is built upon. SCoSH-CTP turns the system of government ( LaaS ) into Pure Democracy , or, Homocracy . A system of government in which every human individual is sovereign. Well, SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) has AMASH (all MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) as shareholders). It is open to all of them.

Another basic service that LaaS must provision is marriage regulation since marriage is the lowest-level institution on which human society is founded. Its underlying trade fashion will be discussed in the next section.
Throughout human history millions of marriages have been ended, either legally or unofficially. Some have even been a blood-bathed battlefield ending in both partners and children dead. Countless reports and investigations have led to the heartbreaking and horrible discovery of children and marriage partners who have cold-bloodedly murdered their family members. Most marriage wounds survive into new and future marital unions. When the marriage machine seizes up, the quick conclusion is always divorce or prolonged separation. Society reasons that it is the safer way out.
As a result of the above facts and observations, we cannot say that marriage is a SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). Well, the space must resolve conflictual situations that stem from disagreements that are dissolved by tyranny or subjugation either through the majority rule or tyrant power. How can marriage be restructured to make it C-14 compatible, i.e., an institution based on SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space)? For starters, let us isolate the general problem in marriages.
Some will say “You must be ready to put up with your partner’s bullshit” for your marriage to survive. Well, the quote sounds indecent to many but it captures one decoy in every marriage, that is, “unrealistic expectations” . The one who said it is actually saying that whether you like it or not your marriage partner’s true colors will show up in the end. After all, you cannot say you have had enough time to get to know all of it about your companion, let alone the fact that we all change across our life journey. So, the real question is: What are we looking for in a marriage? Is marriage just another market where we expect some products and services to be displayed, sold, and/or consumed, so to speak? The straightforward answer is yes. We are looking for that thing we cannot find in all those intimate friends who have been an integral part of our lives. Mostly, that is everything in an intimate friend plus sexual intimacy. Consequently, TraPo (Trade Postulate) applies to marriage, too.
Hence, to make it simple, the C-14 rules must be applied to marriage to curb conflicts, preserve the institution, and save defenseless children without trespassing and contradicting the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) barrier principle. When we cannot find what we are looking for anymore, how can we satisfy our needs without sacrificing marriage and current or future offspring?
Mostly, the first strategic and deadly victim in marriage is what many refer to as “love”. We are not trying to define it since it is very controversial. Many will say “I no longer love my marriage partner” or “My marriage partner does not love me anymore”. Well, well, well! Who was expecting that from that couple who had so much fire that had lasted years before and after marriage? Worse, imagine if life expectancy were to triple. Yet the reality is: They are surprised, caught off guard, so suddenly and violently that the emotion, affection, and feeling engine seizes up, so tightly, that they are convinced prolonged separation or divorce is the answer. Yet, they fail to remarry or get remarried as if they have been dealt a deadly blow as far as marriage is concerned. So, how can we solve or prevent that “unrealistic expectations” problem that has tainted marriage institution and destabilized human society?
Well advised intimate intelligence about marriage has proved that it certainly is ground for disagreements in all directions. We should never entertain the thought that there is ever going to be marriage bliss where no disagreement will be. Note the purposeful word “disagreement”, as opposed to “conflict”. The idea is: “We are not trying to end disagreement. We are trying to uproot conflicts that result from mishandling or half-solving disagreements”. The fact is disagreement will always be a part of any institution composed of more than one human individual. Well, even we many times contradict ourselves in the “reasoning by way of absurdity” pattern of thinking, let alone marriage. In the ensuing paragraphs we will expose a contract that must be signed by every human individual who want to enter marriage. It solves current marital issues and prevent any unpredictable threats that could onslaught this basic human institution.
The TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) marital contract must be adopted as a de facto marriage standard used in marriage counselling sessions, marriage courts, and marriage ceremonies across human society. It leaves things in the hands of the couple to allow love to be their bond of union, no matter their definition of love, and still use available help from other social institutions. The principle is: If your marriage partner is not guilty of any crime that should cause the authorities to imprison them, excluding them from the ordinary society, then in no way is divorce in its current form a stable solution. However, separation could help either partner to regain emotional, affectional, and psychological balance before getting back together. Plus, if you cannot live with your mate with whom you were once in love, how can you assure anyone else that you will live with them? That is the reason why the contract is rightfully called “ The Eternal Marriage Act Contract (TEMAC) ”. We will define TEMAC in the WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) section.
“ Every MHI (Major Human Individual) have innate free will—it must be fully respected—that has matured when they become an MHI (Major Human Individual). That principle lays foundation for TraPo (Trade Postulate). It is practiced through SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space)”. The quoted truth is C-PHI (Clean Philosophy).
Every MHI (Major Human Individual) in existence at any epoch must have their own SCoSH (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household). Hence, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) is the only system of government that is absolutely right, stable, and conflict-free, for LaaS (Leadership as a Service) ensures that every MHI (Major Human Individual) have their SCoSH . Accordingly, any system built on LaaS (Leadership as a Service) automatically has the author of WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution), also called C-Alpha (Clean Philosopher), as the absolute EOOF (Enterprise Owner Or Founder). That is to say that the rest of LaaS personnel are EEOA ’s (Enterprise Executives Or Agents). Hence, by default, C-Alpha is the translator in Matter Dimension , per MaD-NoMaD-TransPo (Matter-Dimension to Non-Matter-Dimension Translation Postulate).
The fact that management of some Shadres (Shared Resources) may require exploitation must not cause exploiters to assume ownership and control of the Shadres (Shared Resources). Shadres can only be sold to such entrepreneurs after they have specified the entire CTP (Chain of Transformation and Production) that will consume the specific Shadres (Shared Resources). The pricing, if any, of the Shadres (Shared Resources) should be altered over time according to feedback from CTP (Chain of Transformation and Production). Shadres (Shared Resources) thus become auto-regulated SuRe (Supportive Resources) from which both humankind and entrepreneurs fairly benefit.
The auto-regulated trade value from selling SuRe (Supportive Resources) must be equally shared by all MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) alive at the epoch. At that stage, Shadres (Shared Resources) have become SuRe (Supportive Resources) to yield PoSuRe (Portion on Supportive Resources). This PoSuRe process must apply to NoSR (Non-shareable Shared Resources) as well.
Shadres (Shared Resources) that can be consumed in their raw state will be used to constitute PoSR (Portion on Shared Resources) that must be an integral part of SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). To ensure balanced SCoSH (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) to MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals), LaaS (Leadership as a Service) must define SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production).
Every SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) must have as shareholders all MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) that consume the SCoSH ’s (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household). They or the delegated agents make all the decisions that are made across the SCoSH-CTP . Hence, in case of MeTTEI (Means To The End Issue), PRAL (Purest Random Algorithm) will be the sole solution to reach the final decision. All EEOA ’s (Enterprise Executives Or Agents)—as opposed to EOOF ’s (Enterprise Owners Or Founders), in SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) must get paid for their services using TDTU (Task-Duration-based Time Unit).
Since equal SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space) is the absolute right of every MHI (Major Human Individual), no MU (Marriage Union) is allowed to produce a child through birth without the consent of all MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) in existence. Otherwise, the fetus must be terminated unless the MHI couple agrees to MHI Switch once the child becomes an MHI . Hence, an MHI couple has right to only and only two children as a result of MHI Switch .
In case there is a Melchizedek , which is a very rare situation, the person will be added to the database of MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) and a household chosen randomly—unless some household volunteers, will host the human individual until the Melchizedek becomes of age or is ready to own and run a household.
Every MU (Marriage Union) must be compliant with TEMAC (The Eternal Marriage Act Contract). TEMAC specifies protocols that regulate a household of an MHI couple (Major Human Individual Couple). It must be based on TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence), must be compliant with SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space), and must constitute the sole absolute constitution of every MU (Marriage Union) household. Every MHI couple (Major Human Individual Couple) must explicitly sign a contract that is in compliance with TEMAC (The Eternal Marriage Act Contract) before starting a MU (Marriage Union).
Every MHI (Major Human Individual) relation, union, relationship, and way of life that is based on TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) must be deemed perfect . As a result, PRAL (Purest Random Algorithm) is the perfect solution to any disagreement amongst MHI’s who have to work together as a collective. Since every judicial case must be handled in a perfect way, every contract used in LaaS (Leadership as a Service) must define all the penalties that the guilty party, per the contract, will incur. Thus, LaaS must as well define the basic MU (Marriage Union) contract, called TEMAC (The Eternal Marriage Act Contract)
The Institutions defined here are compliant with the WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution). Hence, although they may be named differently in real life, they set a de facto standard for every institution that aims at perfection as defined in the 10 th article of WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution). The diagrams in the following sections are designed according to information systems principles and are made using modelling software. [4][17]
The interfaces A and C are virtual communications between corresponding organizational blocs. Note that, per the TraPo (Trade Postulate), every relation amongst MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) is trade. So, only interface B is humanly active. B allows MHI’s to export services and products and also makes it possible for LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions called GMSR Shops (Global Management of Shared Resources Shops) to facilitate SuRe (Supportive Resources) management and make them available to households or IMP ’s (Individuals or Marriage Partners). Consequently, GMSR (Global Management of Shared Resources) is virtual and is concretized through GMSR Shops (Global Management of Shared Resources Shops). Only volunteers can run GMSR (Global Management of Shared Resources) in form of oversight of GMSR Shops (Global Management of Shared Resources Shops) as leadership gift. In the meantime, oversight experts will mirror GMSR (Global Management of Shared Resources), as we shall see later, as an integral part of SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production), another way of saying GMSR Shops (Global Management of Shared Resources Shops).
As we have resolved, our universe has intentionally been started. Hence, interfaces A and C will be left to any cause of human life, if ever there is one. Such creator would exercise oversight over LaaS institutions, their operations, and the SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space). The creator of human life would make sure humankind are receiving their SCoSH (SCoPS as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household). Careful analysis of the World Trade System diagram reveals that GMSR (Global Management of Shared Resources) Shops are the SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production). It is a conglomerate of enterprises in which MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) exchange services—as sole price and purchase power, each one according to their ability, so as to transform Shadres (Shared Resources) into SCoSH ’s (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household).
Fig.4 captures human interactions as contained in Trade Postulate that says “Everything is trade”. WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) can be simplified by the trade system DFD on Fig.4 . Once nations have adopted WoFeGoC , the Fig.4 DFD will be their guide as far as applications related to the system are concerned. Note that no data stores appear so as to keep the diagram simplistic. Households export their services and products through the household shops in the public market. The remuneration therefrom will be later referred to as PriA (Private Account). The income from GMSR Shops (Global Management of Shared Resources Shops) will be termed GloA (Global Account). The Fig.4 DFD started as sketches on blank paper using a simple pen on an armchair in a dormitory bedroom in an Algerian University. Our desire was to solve conflicts that result from sovereignty of nations. Trade wars, embargoes, foreign policies in which billions are spent all result from lack of acceptance of the reality that the resources we did not create can only be regarded as shared, wherefrom the expression Shadres (Shared Resources).

Given a SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space), SCoSeC stands for “SCoPS-compliant Services-products Conglomerate”. SCoSeC must handle Shadres (Shared Resources) and make them available as SRaSH (SCoPS Raw Services-products per Shareholder or Household). TraProSeC (Transformation and Production Services Conglomerate) will take over and make SRaSH consumable as SCoSH (SCoPS Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household). The entire SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) layer does not use actual money as means of exchange. Each MHI (Major Human Individual) offer their skills, proficiency, and intellect as services and get their fully managed SCoSH as payment in return. This is where “scientific humility” comes into play.

The SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) “scientific humility” aspect—no need for money wages no matter the intellectual contribution—is reflected in the words (by some inspired renowned author): “And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know. [We sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought. Then, do those who have planned evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive? Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure? Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful. Have they not considered what things Allah has created? Their shadows incline to the right and to the left, prostrating to Allah, while they are humble. The diagram is the same as the previous functional diagram of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions. It shows how production feedback is used to form SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production).
As simple as it sounds, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) does the management of Shadres (Shared Resources). We would not bother invest in it unless it yields those resources as readily consumable and reachable resources. The diagram below specifies its main functions ( SCoSeC and TraProSeC ) and their related business processes.

WTSC (World Trade System Consortium) is one of the business processes that are involved in getting humankind their Shadres (Shared Resources) in order to provision LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions. Its basic processes range from writing and maintaining WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution), to educating humankind in LaaS (Leadership as a Service) domains as well as enforcing and defending WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) and its related contracts.
Everyone must be given the needed knowledge and understanding to work for LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions. After some time, employees will rotate over the functions available in LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions. No one has monopoly on that knowledge. WTSC (World Trade System Consortium) takes care of this educational process. So, in the end, each human individual is both an employer and an employee.

Mankind has faced demographic issues that led them to rethinking birth control techniques, people’s movement, etc. Plus, some parts of the earth do not grow food that other areas do. To compensate this, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) HDN (Humankind Demography and Nutrition) institution must make sure we all get to have access to all the provisions that planet earth harbors, for example through rotation over SCoSH (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) supplies. Plus, leisure requires people to do tourism. HDN (Humankind Demography and Nutrition) must make arrangements for everyone to have their turn to tour different parts of planet earth. That is what CaaS (Communication as a Service) is all about.
HAQuR (Humanitarian Aid as Quick Response), a function of HDN (Humankind Demography and Nutrition), handles natural disasters, pandemics, and also serves as the initiation of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) system of government. Surely at the initiation point, there are millions who need humanitarian assistance as LaaS (Leadership as a Service) is set in motion.

HDN (Humankind Demography and Nutrition) institution works hand in hand with IFaSS (International Fair Social System) to deliver both SCoSH (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) and FoST-HeaL (Food, Shelter, Textile, Healthcare, and Legal protection) services. This is a self-maintained way of handling both known Shadres (Shared Resources) and those that may be discovered later. Also, it makes it possible for Melchizedek issues to be properly managed, a wink to those who believe their dead loved ones may come back to life, or those who think Jesus Christ and his angels will come to visit us.
Big towns can suffer congestions due to many malls and too many people circulating doing the so-called trade businesses. IFaSS (International Fair Social System) solves this problem by making sure only a handful of shops dealing in monetization of SCoSH ’s (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) are operational. All other shops that deliver SCoSH -like services and products will no longer exist since IFaSS (International Fair Social System) handles SCoSH delivery. More, there will be enough manpower diverted to actual production instead of these businesses that cause financial crises like inflation from time to time.

In our previous LaaS (Leadership as a Service) systems analysis and design, we omitted the details pertaining to its implementation and maintenance . We will expound on those two remaining steps of any SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), i.e., implementation and maintenance. Our analysis dealt with UX (User eXperience) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) at a certain university in the North of Africa, Algeria. As we observed local culture and its efforts to integrate with a diversified system of cultures imported by foreigners and travelers passing by, a seed was sown in our hearts to embark on the initiation of a system of leadership that would best serve Algeria in particular, and the world of mankind in general.
The design of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) had previously started and was interrupted due to events that made it impossible for the author to continue with his work. Walking Algeria from Annaba to Tlemcen, passing by Bechar, Adrar, Tamanrasset, all the way to Niamey, Niger, added to our insights in LaaS analysis. Which led up to the current document in its state.
WTS LLC , Minnesota, USA, through their LEMA™ brand gave the author novelty and renewed strength in his heavy responsibility: designing LaaS (Leadership as a Service). The software engineering tasks assigned to him by LEMA™ gave the author more tools and skills to accomplish his duty. We must admit that LEMA™ job is one of the greatest motivation aspects in LaaS (Leadership as a Service) SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
Well, we will not forget IOM/OIM services rendered to the author in Niger, due to the toll that this monumental undertaking had taken on him. How then can LaaS (Leadership as a Service) be implemented and maintained?
Since replacing current constitutions is hard, we will recommend a step-by-step approach in consideration of the status quo.
In our humble opinion, IFaSS (International Fair Social System) process called HAQuR (Humanitarian Aid as Quick Response) is where LaaS implementation must start. All individuals needing humanitarian aid must be censored and given support all along. Then, LaaS implementation process must start. The directives used for associations and corporations in the application strategies section can logically be applied to any country on earth as the start point of LaaS implementation. Note that the details can scale to a nation and still keep the system in its relations with the outside.

HAQuR (Humanitarian Aid as Quick Response) must be applied to the economy as WII (WoFeGoC Implementation Initiation) is being accomplished. Hence, beside HAQuR (Humanitarian Aid as Quick Response) we shall add three processes: WII (WoFeGoC Implementation Initiation), HoFi (Home Finances), and trade system Reformation .
The GloA (Global Account) in HoFi (Home Finances) will be used, for starters to emulate SCoPS (Self-Contained Personal Space), until LaaS (Leadership as a Service) has entered self-maintenance state in which only services rendered as a LaaS shareholder is the only price to pay for one’s SCoSH (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household). The PriA (Private Account) on the HoFi (Home Finances) diagram shall remain so as to sustain mankind’s private economy that comprises monetization of SCoSH .
Once LaaS (Leadership as a Service) has been implemented, Fig.11 shows how we can enter self-maintenance of the system. We either proceed with HAQuR or with Delivery directly. In either case, LaaS models provision a way of handling any abrupt changes within human society that may result from visitors or those who need assistance due to any disasters or catastrophes.

The initiation of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) must not be confused with the initiation of it as an element of Information Systems (IS). Rather, it is the point where LaaS (Leadership as a Service) can start its being implemented by individuals who can be referred to as the author’s representatives. The individuals have been chosen according to the order of their entering on the scene in LaaS SDLC (Leadership as a Service Systems Development Life Cycle).
The first to show up were chosen amongst many others who qualify for the heavy undertaking. Those individuals have put their lives on the line—and still are, to support the author both financially and physiologically. May the powers that be better respect them and take their hats off for them! They did what Cyrus The Great did, who later on was called by the God of the people of ancient biblical Israel, as the “anointed [one]” to rebuild Jerusalem. We are so happy to call them “[our] anointed [ones]”. Their place is in the caravan of King Solomon at the right time, so to speak. Fellows, keep up the good work! Your exemplar behavior makes you fit for oversight in LaaS (Leadership as a Service) system.

Eradicating the current economy can only be a process that takes all the money there is out there as input to produce GloA (Global account) and PriA (Private Account) as output. The Home Finances diagram shows how it can be done.
IMP (Individual or Marriage Partner) or family or household is the basic trade unit in a purely democratic society. A purely democratic society is a society in which the so-called people are intelligibly regarded as individuals instead of an unintelligible mass of people. Pure democracy is to resolve the endless cycle of conflicts based on disagreements solved by the unwise tyranny of the majority in the modern version of democracy. So, after careful thinking supported by UX (User eXperience) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development) out on the field, we resolved that democracy must be purified. IMP (Individual or Marriage Partner) encompasses family, either in its traditional version (Man as head) or in its modern-day version (independent spouses). Note that the two-direction arrows on Home Finances diagram symbolize I/O ( Input or Output), either as Withdrawal-Deposit in banking system, Buy-Sell in trade system, or Income-Outcome in general finances management.
GloA (Global Account) is the money that the Government owes each I MP (Individual or Marriage Partner) ; from general commerce on resources that support human existence. These resources are those believers in God refer to as God- c reated resources. They belong to all MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) in existence at any epoch. If anyone doubt that, then they should furnish proof that they brought them into existence.
PriA (Private Account) is money that results from MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) own talents and skills that they sell in form of goods and services in society. On World Trade System diagram, GMSR (Global Management of Shared Resources) and Public Market are spaces where MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) trade and get the money.
Reformed Trade System is a standardized application that relies on Mobile Money and Mobile Banking to automate MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) I/O ( Input or Output) on their money. We expect the Mobile Economic System to export at least two interfaces: One for Reformed Trade System application , and the other for MHI ’s (Major Human Individuals) via HoFi (Home Finances).
The Banking System is t he system of finances institutions in existence at any epoch, big or small.

To accommodate HoFi (Home Finances), the trade system can be reformed progressively as WII (WoFeGoC Implementation Initiation) is in motion. The following diagram exemplifies the process.
HoFiA ( Home Finances Application) is a process on client's hand-held device or hosted as a service by some third party. MHI Shop (Major Human Individual Shop) serves as a trade system unit . AGAS ( Available Goods and Services ) comprises a list of all things in the MHI Shop that can be paid for using money value. Hence, every company or enterprise must be compliant with this model. Thus, both conservative and gadget-friend individuals will fit in. Registration process gives access rights to MHI Shop to mutate HoFiA ( Home Finances Application) internal list of needs/ w ants using the list of AGAS ( Available Goods and Services ). That is indicated by the bidirectional data flow arrow between Monitor and Reformation processes. Bear in mid however that this is only for clarity since the actual reactive pattern (also known as subscribe/publish or observer pattern) happens between their associated databases.

1. Problem Summary
Countless marriages have ended up in divorce. The situation is always complicated by presence of shared resources and assets, children for example. In fact, the problem boils down to one issue that is the upper boundary of all universal problems: The Issue of Universal Sovereignty [14]. In any group of more than one individual, people end up quarreling about power and leadership. Marriage has never been spared, just like many human institutions throughout history. The question is: Who has the right to lead? Who has the last absolute say in case of disagreement?

The “until death do us apart” oath no longer works because people cheat on each other on the sly, infect one another with incurable sexually transmitted diseases, suicide over heartbreak, etc.

There is no Creator on earth and no one has the right to play God and assume power over others. Faiths, beliefs, cultures, and opinions differ from individuals to others.

Due to differences in culture and opinions we might fail to agree upon the general inner workings of our marriage. Yet, we have or may have indisputable shared resources. In different circumstances, each would just go their own way but we cannot because we have or want to have shared resources, for example, children that undeniably need both us as parents. We may lose emotional, affectional, and/or physiological balance in this marriage and this contract provisions an all-encompassing response.

We have only one way out: share the responsibility of taking care of our current and/or future shared resources without denying each other freedom.
Terms of marital contract
We must live under the same roof so as to jointly manage our shared resources. It is up to us to work on the details of how to live in the same house. Do we sleep on separate beds, on same bed, or in separate bedrooms? Hence, these terms start ruling our marriage at the moment we move in together.
We must allow each other the freedom to have sex with anyone we wish and facilitate each other in this through the sharing of information, especially if we wish to be having sex with each other from time to time. For example, is it possible to bring another partner at our house if this can be done in such a way that it does not affect our shared resources? Or, should we just do it outside our house? What we are aware of is that children will one way or another get to know about this arrangement. What matters is that they will understand we have worked hard to give them a home with both us present despite our differences.
Sex outside this contractual marriage must be regulated by specific terms in this contract. What will happen if either bears children outside this marriage union? Whoever agrees to have sex with either party in this marriage will be bound by these outside-marriage terms:
In case my partner impregnates a woman outside this marriage, the woman must have agreed to go away with the kid without expecting anything from him. They must also prove there is a member of the opposite sex to help her raise the child from curdle onward. It will then be like sperm donation. They must exhibit a signed contract like this one before the sexual act.
On the other hand, if my mate gets pregnant, it becomes a problem. Where will the children go? So, she must do this at her own risk since, in case of pregnancy, the only remaining solution is abortion. So, she must take all the contraceptive precautions in the world. Happily, many of these birth regulating methods are practical and do work. For example:
Track your menstrual cycles over the period of six months;
Find the minimum cycle (say, 22 days), and the maximum cycle (say, 31 days);
Assume your last pees were on December 17, 2018. When will your next pees be? If the next cycle is the minimum, then it will be on January 08, 2019. Otherwise, if it is the maximum, they will show up on January 17, 2019;
Find the fertility period during which you might certainly get pregnant if you do not use an efficient contraceptive technique. Take January 08, 2018 and go back 15 days to find out the possible ovulation day. Go 5 days further back, the maximum of days sperm can last in your system, potentially fertilizing your egg, and you find the lower boundary of your fertility period. In this case, it is December 23, 2018;
Now find the upper boundary of your fertility period. Take January 17, 2019 and subtract 15 days to find the possible ovulation day if the cycle were the longest, i.e., 31 days. You land on January 02, 2019. Add 3 days, which are the maximum days your ripe egg can last. You get January 05, 2019 as the upper boundary of your fertility period;
Hence, between December 23, 2018 and January 05, 2019 is your red zone period during which you need birth control. Outside this period, you can safely have sex without any possible pregnancy. This has worked for me and my partner for many years.
We must share financial responsibilities involved in raising our kids. All household expenses will be divided using very specific percentages. Well, either of us might want to take care of certain specific tasks like fixing meals, cleaning, etc. The other party will then take this into consideration in specifying the percentages of expenses that must be covered by the one handling the household duties on their own. One family agreed upon the woman paying 40% while the man pays 60%. Still, in case either cannot pay their share, the other must cover it all and cumulatively count it as debt to be fully paid as soon as possible. As last resort, the shares in all household expenses will be 50% on one side and 50% on the other side.
We both come from families that have invested in our upbringing. Better yet, parents are doing the job they have imposed upon themselves when raising children, whether boys or girls. They should expect nothing from their children as compensation. We will decide how to show ourselves grateful, if at all we are. Hence, no dowry is to be expected from either party for this marriage to take place.
Properties and belongings are managed separately. If either uses the other’s properties, they must pay for them. In case of death, the children will inherit our properties. Note that either partner has no right to the other’s properties unless specified in this contract.
Since we live under the same roof, chances are we might feel sexually attracted to each other sometimes. So there must be active sincere information sharing as to our respective sexual adventures. Times and individuals must be specified so that we protect each other’s health. Must we get tested from time to time to ensure we are both healthy? Will we stick to a no-sex-with-an-outsider routine until some time has elapsed before we get tested and have sex again? It is up to us to define these specific terms.
We are not the Creator and so are not capable of correcting certain human infirmities. Hence, no special treatment is given to no one. If we decide to give birth, we must be aware of the responsibilities involved. We are solely responsible for whatever will come from the womb. Terminating pregnancy is our decision and no one should interfere. The pregnant mate has the last say as to whether to terminate a pregnancy or not. It is her health and life at stake, mind you.
For this contract to be valid, we do not need approval of anyone, nor do we need any witnesses. We are our own judges and the Creator of the universe, if such one exists, is the Executioner. Therefore, we are requesting authorities to respect these terms. If called upon, they will use their power to reinforce the penalties expressed in this contract, after guilt has been dully established. Otherwise, if such one exists, we will yield to the Creator’s wrath in case either of us refuses to willingly face the penalties.

LaaS (Leadership as a Service) will be established through four phases:
Burden : Getting mankind to know that they are their own problem and that TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) implies that no miracle should be expected for peace and harmony to reign over human society. They must know that management is the issue and the solution is LaaS (Leadership as a Service) and its SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) institutions.
Atlas : Mankind must be willing to play each their role in making sure no system of government other than LaaS (Leadership as a Service) is allowed to rule human society.
Cyrus : Reasonable individuals inside or outside governments must start the revolution needed to turn existing governmental structures into LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions by forming the needed alliances that smooth things over for the establishment of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions.
Armageddon : If the universe was caused by an intelligent being, then, at the appropriate time, mankind should expect war from the person to take control of his universe, sparing only those who, at least, accept TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) and its LaaS (Leadership as a Service) model institutions.
Note that Burden , Atlas , and Cyrus phases may overlap. Armageddon , however, is the last resort since there is clear evidence that the universe was intentionally started. By any means, LaaS (Leadership as a Service) must be established or else mankind as we know them will be replaced entirely by a generation willing to establish and uphold LaaS (Leadership as a Service), for it is the only way to life for intelligent free-willed beings.
The strategic institution in any government is the institution that maintains and protects the constitution. Those institutions, once they have grasped the reasonableness of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) must dive in and change the constitution, replacing it entirely with WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) in this comprehensive manual. WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) scales to every country on earth. Once established, it can easily expand to other countries on planet earth.
People, at the elections time, must recommend and uphold WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) by specifying that the elected candidate be willing to set WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) in motion. For that, the candidate must sign a contract to which WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) is attached, accepting to have it implemented within specific deadlines. Such a candidate must be willing to step down on failure to have it started. That is a unanimous decision since the elected candidate is responsible for choosing most of the high officials in the government.
Simply put, the constitution of every country must be replaced by WoFeGoC (World Federal Government Constitution) until all countries in the world are run as a world federal government regulated by LaaS (Leadership as a Service) institutions.
Let us assume a religion organized as drawn on the following diagram. Their main issue, as you can see, is “oligarchy”, which assumes that the elite class on top knows and must be absolutely followed. If help were to come to them, it would be blocked by the elite class if they decide it is not fit for their religion. How can they be used to achieve TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) and lay foundation for LaaS establishment?
Their strength is their congregations are filled with sheep-like followers who eat their word at their mouth. They reason that they are following some God by following the elite class, which may be true. Yet, the God is defined by the elite class according to the way they understand their sacred books. However, the TAToE (The Absolute Truth of Existence) mathematical model is such that even the correct understanding of the book cannot be guaranteed unless the author is physically present. They, however, assume the author to be present through some so-called Holy Ghost whose existence no one can prove to anyone else.
The danger is that the oligarchic organization makes it impossible for the individual members to freely exit the system without dire consequences, especially since the elite class views itself as absolute judges. They even trespass on the family arrangement that they view as fundamental to their credo. They make the mistake of putting congregation over family, which destabilizes human society and slowly kills marriages and families.
They lord it over their members by putting too much burden on the way they should treat disfellowshipped people by socially distancing them from the other family members, even physically sometimes. They meddle too much in individuals’ private lives, assuming that they have the responsibility to keep their community decently clean. They forget that they can only see with physical eyes and that it is their God who is the Judge, according to their beliefs.
However, such an organization lends itself to the establishment of LaaS (Leadership as a Service) if the elite class gets the point. So, the following strategies can create a magnetic field that could encourage the smooth but not necessarily easy process to the establishment of LaaS (Leadership as a Service). In fact, it would encourage mutual respect and confidence through delegation, at the cost of material risk. How so?
The reality is they already survive, making ends meet on their own. They lose materially when they get proactive by applying the advice from one of the most known religious Icon who said: “If you want to be perfect, go sell your belongings and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come be my follower.” They would have to sell their belongings to the individual members of their religious organization by turning those belongings into SCoSH (SCoPS, Self-Contained Personal Space, as Consumable Services-products per Shareholder or Household) through the defined SCoSH-CTP (SCoSH Chain of Transformation and Production) system that they adopt as their new way of handling religious matters.
However, if they do not have enough money and property, it would be very impractical since the authorities who oppose LaaS (Leadership as a Service) philosophy would see it as a threat and snap at their organization through restrictions, bans, legal pursuits, persecutions, etc. Hence, this approach must be viewed by any religion organized somewhat according to the above diagram as what it rightfully is, a battle formation strategy. The consequences and results are what can be expected from any warfare. So, it can be undertaken after carefully weighing the pros and cons.
